1. Definition

PVC resin (or dispersed PVC) is a special type of PVC resin produced by using solid hybrid technology, synthesized by emulsion polymerization or micro-suspension.

2. Application

PVC Paste printing ink is applied quite a lot in printing inks, especially printing plastisol, printing ink on fabric, silk, etc. The production method is screening, PVC Paste needs high flexibility when bonding with DOP and DOTP solvents. This application does not require high gloss and durability, hence, you can refer to other products with K values from 62-75.
PVC Paste is used as an imitation leather material such as leather seats, belts, bags, etc. Using method is casting. Wallpaper with foam film also uses this same method.
Plastic Logo: This is an application that uses PVC Paste as its main ingredient. Similar to the production of silk screen printing ink, PVC Paste combines with DOP, DOTP by molding method. Products that require high flexibility and elasticity.
PVC foam sheet and film: PVC Paste products are required to have high mechanical strength, impact resistance, good mechanical properties, so the K value needs to be high, usually 77.
Protective gear: Dip coating method is applied to produce PVC paste for tools such as medical gloves, protective gear, boots,
